Located at Commercial Avenue in the city center, Kigali City Tower stands for aspiration and power.
The new city tower is Kigali’s tallest building with a 20-floor complex in the City’s Central Business of Nyarugenge district.
The complex covers the former central commuter terminal which was known as gale ruttier.
It contributes to redefining the city as a thriving modern capital rich with possibilities, bringing the city’s Central Business District into the 21st century and contributing to attract quality investment to Rwanda.
The tower has a 4-storey car park constructed on split levels that conform to the natural slope of the site, with two entry points staffed by security personnel.

The new Kigali City Tower complex is set on a prime location, designed by commended architects and fixed with the highest standards in building technology.
The building however also stands for hope in a city rapidly becoming one of the most prosperous, cleanest and fastest-growing metropolitan centers on the African continent with high and trusted security in the region.
